The Catawba Classic Lacrosse Tournament name was chosen to pay homage to the original inhabitants of this area; the Catawba Indians. Catawba Nation performs opening ceremony 8:30am by Field 1. PLAYER WAIVER FORM INSTRUCTIONS:

- Each player must read the statements in the attached waiver before completing and signing.
- Parents/Guardians must read the statements in the attached waiver before completing and signing.
- Your coach will turn in a completely signed waiver for each team player at the Registration Table at the Catawba Classic Tournament prior to the beginning of the tournament.
